The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and bus station, making it easy to come and go around Venice with no hassle. The rooms are small but beautifully designed with everything you'd expect from a higher star hotel. The service is exceptional, with friendly and efficient staff ready to assist. The dining options are satisfying, offering good quality and plenty of choices, especially for vegetarians and vegans.

When I checked into the hotel, the room wasn't clean, but it was compact and very well planned, so it didn't feel cramped at all. The spacious room was clean, had a great bathroom and shower, was well-lit with a window, a comfortable bed and pillows, great WiFi, excellent air conditioning, bedside powerpoints, and the location was superb, tucked into a side alley by a disused factory.
